Concrete restoration is the process of repairing surface-level damage on an existing concrete slab and bringing it back to a functional, visually clean condition. Restoration vs Replacement. How to Know Which You Need.

Restoration is the right choice when your concrete is structurally sound but visually damaged. Surface cracks, stains, spalling, and discoloration are all fixable without tearing out the slab.

Replacement is necessary when the concrete has serious structural damage, such as major heaving, wide cracks that go through the full depth of the slab, or significant settling that affects drainage or safety.

Choose restoration if: the slab is level (or close to it), cracks are surface-level, the damage is cosmetic, and you want to add a decorative finish.
